PRAG management tools Once the Contract signed, the Contract implementation starts To that end, PRAG provides several management tools within the Contract, providing you properly prepared them before launching the tender: Special Conditions of Contract General Conditions of Contract Technical Specifications Delivery Schedules + On spot visits

Tools – Special & General CC
The General CC provide the overall framework for EC funded supplies. The Special CC will introduce the specificities of a specific country and of a particular project. The two documents will allow for the “behavior rules” that both Contractor and Contracting Authority must adopt when implementing a contract: obligations of parties communications/ supply of documents guarantees/ insurances commencement/ duration/ delays variations/ suspension/ termination quality of Supplies/ testing acceptance/ payments/ disputes settlement

Tools – Technical Specifications
The Technical Specifications will provide all the details of the Supplies to be provided. Once the Contract signed, the Suppliers must deliver the requested items, fulfilling the parameters that define them, including: quality of materials quality of workmanship assembly

Tools – Delivery schedules
The Delivery Schedules will indicate: quantities place of delivery place of installation time/ sequences of delivery

Tools usage The enumerated tools are to be used in conjunction.
In case of any of the Parties do not fulfill its obligations under the contract, the Contract documents shall be applied: Contracting Authority: acceptance payments suspension/ termination damages/ guarantees Contractor:

Tools usage – disputes settlement
Amicable settlement – highly recommended. It is preferable to reach an agreement less satisfactory than initially desired than go for litigation Litigation in court Arbitration Litigation should be always used as a last resort as it will turn very expensive in terms of money, time and resources needed to manage it.
