2. Part 2 – Work Packages
Work packages help improve project planning and form the basis for the partnership agreement
All work packages should be given an individual title describing its activities, its focus, responsible partner and partners involved and expected outcome
The overall objective of the project work package should be described
The first work package is “Management, coordination and communication”.

3. Part 2 – Work Packages
Each work package should describe the expected outcome of the work package’s activities and how the work package will contribute to the overall objective of the project.
The work package description should include key dates.
The number of work packages is determined by the project partnership.
4-5 work packages are normal in a project

4. Part 2 –work packages: Pitfalls
It is not clear how each work package will contribute to the project’s overall outcomes and how the work package links to the other work packages. Make this connection clear for the reader.
Part 2 of the application should logically connect into Part 1 in sections 3, 4 and 9. A common mistake is not to assist the reader with the logical connections between sections.
Do not forget to estimate % of total project budget allocated to work package
