What does Taekwondo have to offer people in your community?
It’s an Olympic Sport – it’s fast and dynamic and involves a lot of kicking. Shots have to be quick and on target to score points. The patterns are rhythmic with a focus on breathing, accuracy of movement and use of energy. Great for people who want to be active at a slower pace.

How your CSP can help KickSister Programme – We’d like to expand the KickSister programme through your CSP local delivery network. We have developed an Activator Programme that will give people with no Taekwondo experience to be able to deliver the KickSister programme. We’d love to hear from anyone with a background in teaching exercise classes, who wants to open a local KickSister class. Clubmark Accreditation – we rely upon the is a NEW programme for British Taekwondo clubs and we need CSP support to help clubs on this path of self assurance.
