2. MUNIS Upgrades Upgrade to MUNIS Version 11.2 (current version 11.1)
Improvements include: Flexible Workflow Forwarding Increased compatibility with Safari (for Mac users) Many Bug fixes
Scheduled for Late-September testing and early November go live. (subject to change)

3. Workflow Forwarding
Allows a specified MUNIS User to approve Workflow Items on your behalf.
Only forward Workflow to backup secretaries.
If backup secretary is unavailable, discuss other options with your principal/supervisor.

4. MUNIS Dashboard

5. MUNIS Dashboard Right-click or Control-Click the Approvals Tile.
When the menu pops up, click Configure Tile Settings.

6. MUNIS Approvals Tile
The “Approvals Tile Configuration” window will pop up.
Check the “Turn On Forwarding” box.

7. MUNIS Approvals Tile
In the drop-down menu, select the user that you want to forward to.
Click Save.

8. MUNIS Dashboard You are now forwarding!
Do not forget to turn forwarding off when you return.
