6. SUCCESS STORIES: Already done in 2016
TELECOM: Cabinet of Ministers adopted Resolution #1160 regarding exclusion of mobile base stations from the list of activities and objects of high environmental hazard as advocated by the Chamber
ANTIMONOPOLY: Draft Law #2168a on Protection of Economic Competition was adopted by the Parliament with the range of Chamber proposals introduced in the final text of the document
TAXATION: State Fiscal Service issued the clarification #2279/7/  regarding settlement of problems in the payment of CIT advanced payments of dividends which was fully advocated by the Chamber
ENERGY: On February 4, VRU adopted Draft Law #3074 “On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine on Creation of Conditions for a New Model of the Natural Gas Market” which introduces a new definition “backhaul” with the aim of elimination of barriers for gas displacement operations
