6. A wooden fort, which appeared in 1618 on the Tom River, became one of the most important supporting ports of the Russian Empire.

The old house which was built in the 18th century. In 1799 this house of merchant Muratov was bought for the Uyezd Treasury. At present time this building is a historical memorial of our district.

43. A tree bark is dark, a crone is very branchy, leaves have long shanks, and thanks to it they easily wave on a wind. The tree lives till 300 years. The black poplar is recorded in the Red book and protected by the state.
