3. SDSU Method
Exam administered in Spring sections of MGT 405, during regular class time*, 74.1% of all Spring 405 students took the exam.
404 students took the exam (40% of all students taking 405 in the year).
All students received some form of extra credit incentive
Not true with all other CSU campuses
Following 2008 findings that calculator use did not make a difference in performance, test administration has maintained “No Calculators Allowed” rule.
*MWF sections excluded due to lack of in-class time.
