I am so so so excited to start the with my Kiwanis family. I look forward to creating memories with new and old members through service projects, meetings and conferences such as Spring Zone Rally and the District Education and Leadership Conference (am I the only one who can’t wait for DCON? No? Anyone? Sorry.) Any information not in the newsletter can be found on our board by the library, Remind 101, or by contacting an officer.Let’s continue to serve our home, school, and community for the rest of the year. We are one big family coming together to serve and give back to our school and community while making amazing friends. ” -President Katilyn Blaser Dues are $30. Please have them in CASH by November 1st. Turn them into Room 165 or make arrangements with Isabell. Everyone is required to get 10 service hours by November 1st through Key Club events so please attend! 1

Oct. 1: Eco Action Days Miramar Pineland Park Oct. 8,15,22: Unloading Pumpkin Trucks New Horizon UMC Oct. 11: Susan B. Anthony BBQ Celebration Susan B. Anthony Oct : Trick or Treat for UNICEF The member that collects the most money wins a prize! Oct. 28: Face Susan B. Anthony 11-2 Oct. 28 and 29: Kiwanis’ Family Haunted Bob Roth’s New River Grove Evening There will be an admission fee. (TBA) Nov. 7: Panthers BB&T Center Admission is $20. Sundays: Pack-a-Sack New Horizon UMC Key Club will be selling pizzas on Mondays. Contact Isabell if you’re interested in assisting with selling; the money you make selling will decrease the cost of DCON. Most importantly, remember to support us and buy pizza on Mondays! We are looking for a qualified members to be class directors. Class director candidates will give a speech during the general meeting on November 1st followed by a vote. This is not a definite list of events. Please keep updated by attending meetings and signing up for Remind 101. 2
