4 Bylaw Vote Members of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority resident in Hall Floor 2 North shall not be included in the constituency of the Floor 2 North Hall Councilor, but represented in the House Council by the Kappa Alpha Theta representative in the Office of the President. Kappa Alpha Theta Representation Committee – Charged with the representation of Kappa Alpha Theta interests in the House Council, the maintenance of open channels of communication between the Kappa Alpha Theta leadership and the Executive Council, and the promotion of interaction between Members and Kappa Alpha Theta.

5 Bylaw Proposal In addition to the duties as specified in the Constitution, Hall Councilors shall be expected to reside in their respective Halls.

6 Incentive System Residents collect points for living/being involved in Sidney-Pacific These points would be used for preferences in room selection and parking Suggested Point System 1 point/term living in S-P (spring, summer, fall) 2 points/term for being an officer (1 for summer) (possible exceptions) 1 point for officer award Who awards the points?

8 Reservation of Public Spaces
Do we want them reserve-able? If yes: Online or paper registration process? Who can reserve? How many times? If no: How do we stop abuses in the system?

9 Fire System Replacing smoke detectors in common kitchens with heat detectors Going back to the high-rise system is not possible Fire alarms in your private apartment do not evacuate the building Fire regulations People MUST evacuate whether they think it’s a “real” alarm or not. (State Law) Residents should cross the street or go to the Warehouse during the alarm.
