Online enrollments completed by 12/15/2016

5. 2017 Open Enrollment Debit Card Information
All existing employees enrolled in applicable plans will already have debit cards
New hires and new participants will receive their debit card by 01/10/17 if enrollment is completed by 12/15/16
Debit cards will be received by 01/01/17 if enrollment is completed by 12/08/16
