Host – organism being lived on Parasite – organism causing the harm +/- Ex: ticks, fleas, tapeworms

5 4. Mutualism Both organisms benefit from the relationship +/+
Ex: intestinal bacteria in humans, oxpeckers on zebras

6 5. Commensalism One organisms benefits and the other is not affected

7 CFU Name and describe one symbiotic relationship and give an example not discussed in class.
