Strategy Sharing With Your PLC Peers
October 13, 2016 Strategy Sharing With Your PLC Peers Instructions 3 rounds, 15 minutes each Team #1 shares goal statement and context. Teams #2 and #3 ask clarifying questions. (~3 mins) While Team #1 listens (without talking!), Teams #2 and #3 discuss and brainstorm strategies to address the goal. (e.g., who to involve; strategies they’ve tried; research to explore, etc.) (~10 mins) Team #1 asks clarifying questions and identifies one strategy to explore further. (~2 mins) Repeat same process for Teams #2 and #3.
