8 Business could be the most powerful force for good in the world…
SIOR Nashville Oct. 23, 2014 Business could be the most powerful force for good in the world… if leaders would embrace the awesome responsibility of leadership. We BELIEVE that businesses and organizations have the opportunity to become the most powerful positive influence on our society by creating environments in which people can find work that they love…within a community of people whom they enjoy…working together to achieve a vision they all share. We BELIEVE YOU, business leaders of tomorrow, are the key to this new standard for workplaces…so that we can someday eliminate the 75% that are disengaged and the 88% who feel like their company doesn’t care for them. You can be part of the solution.
