-Follow 4 doctors, whoever is on call each week -Clinic also has two PA’s a couple days of the week -Recently acquired by local hospital across the street -Minor surgery room: stitches, cryo, skin biopsies

2. Jefferson County Hospital
-Hospital has ER and Outpatient area where specialists come -Shadowed specialists: cardiology, ENT, gensurg/ortho, urology, neuro -Offered many procedures, watched delivery, D&C, colonoscopy
-Scrubbed into multiple surgeries in the two operating rooms
-Morning rounds in hospital with clinic docs, two on call weekends

3. -Hospital is connected to nursing home and assisted living
-Staff lounge is great for studying with free drinks and snacks -Meals at hospital were free (and yummy!) which helped financially -Also, provided access to wellness center (gym, pool, jacuzzi)
-Hospital is connected to nursing home and assisted living
-Highly recommended if have interest in geriatrics like I do

4. The Apartment
-Top level of house of sweet couple with two kids and dogs -Fully furnished: Bed, sheets, towels, sofas, kitchen table, TV, stove, refrigerator, study table, hangers in closet, toilet paper -The apartment is a 5 min drive from the clinic and hospital

5. The Community
-Hospital Booth at County Fair worked with hospital staff -Senior Diner Volunteer services for the elderly
-Mexican, Chinese Buffet, Steakhouses restaurants in addition to McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Subway, Runza; Walmart & Ray’s Apple Market
