7 Supported Functionality
Play/Pause/Resume/Stop via TRAP Record Play/Pause/Resume/Stop via TRAP Speed & Volume Controls for the playback Upload & Download (only .wav format is supported) Support for – Recorded names, Greetings, Interview Questions Note : All functionalities are supported using REST APIs Current version does not support record and play via Computer Supported WAV formats are PCM Linear, G.729a, G.726, GSM 06.10, G.711 a-law

9 Scenario 1: New Media Player TRAP Record/Pause/Stop
Login to Connection Administration page with the login credentials Go to User List, Click on user Mediauser1 On User Edit page click on Record icon of New Media Master Phone will ring, pick up Phone, recording will start Pause recording and resume recording Stop recording Play temporary recording Save User to view recording for voicename

10 Scenario 2: New Media Player TRAP Play/Pause/Stop
Login to Connection Administration page with the login credentials Go to User List, Click on Mediauser1 On User Edit page click on Play Icon of New Media Player Phone will ring, pickup phone, voicename will be played During Play, Pause the playback After Pause user can Resume or Stop playback

11 Scenario 3: New Media Player Speed and Volume Functionality
Click on Play Icon of New Media Player Increase/Decrease Volume Change Speed to -1x, 1X, 2X, 3X Stop playback Start playback again

12 Scenario 4: New Media Player Upload Functionality
Login to Connection Administration page with the login credentials Go to User List Select one user, Click on Edit and open greetings(e.g Standard) Click on Upload Icon of New Media Player Browse and Select .wav(supported format only) Save User Note: Once uploaded user must explicitly click save before being able to play the uploaded file

13 Scenario 5: New Media Player Download Functionality
Login to Connection Administration page with the login credentials Go to User List Select one user Click on Edit and open Greetings Edit any greeting, let’s say Standard Click on Download Icon of New Media Player Save .wav file into desired location

Problem Statement Not able to download recordings Action Required Check for following browser's Download Settings Download Location Ask where to save file before downloading

Problem Statement Unable to Upload a .wav file. Action Required The file being uploaded may not be in supported .wav format Convert the .wav file to another supported audio format Use a .wav file that is recorded in a supported audio format Or alternatively, Make a new recording by using a phone
