5 Bargaining with Patriarchy
Men tend to have one Bargain: Do hegemonic masculinity. For women, there are three main ways to bargain with Patriarchy: Emphasized Femininity: Trading Power for Protection; A exaggerated form of femininity oriented to accommodating the interests and desires of men. 7 Feminism The belief that all men and women should have equal rights and opportunities.
