A cystoscopic image shows a stone in the urethra that was pushed in the bladder and subsequently fragmented with laser. This 8 year-old child presented with decreased force of stream and dysuria. His urinalysis showed microscopic hematuria. He was seen a year earlier with similar symptoms and had a negative CT scan and US of kidneys and bladder. (Photo contributor: Mark Horowitz, MD.)
