Purpose of This Presentation
To provide your organization with an introduction to FiPar’s Private Label Trust Services. To describe the benefits that your organization can achieve through the incorporation of a “branded” private label trust program. To identify and describe the trust services that your organization may wish to incorporate into its private label trust program. To identify and define the functional considerations that would be part of your organization’s program.

What is Private Label Trust
FiPar’s Private Label Trust Services represents a complete turnkey outsourcing solution that would enable your organization’s representatives to provide traditional trust and investment services without the: Required burdensome regulatory and organizational infrastructure; Financial risks associated with the breach of fiduciary responsibilities and duties;

Through an alliance with National Advisors Trust, an OTS chartered trust company (Office of Thrift Supervision), FiPar Private Label Trust Services is able to offer its turnkey private label trust solution to financial services organizations. Each financial services organization operates a “Trust Representative Office” in partnership with FiPar and National Advisors Trust

FiPar, and its program partner – National Advisor Trust Company – is proposing to structure its Private Label Trust Services for your organization in a manner that will provide the maximum benefit to your organization; to its representatives; and to the your customers; and to deliver it in a manner that best suits the needs of each of your customers.

Your Organization’s “Branded” Program
Your organization will be able to offer the program as a “branded” new service (i.e. “Name of your Organization Trust Services”) and receive a portion of the trustee fee charged against each trust account that is incorporated as part of your organization’s Trust Representative Office.

FiPar will structure and deliver its program to your organization in a manner that will allow your organization to “brand” the program with your corporate identity and to “customize” the program to include the trust services that best suit your specific market place and your customer’s needs.

FiPar, in cooperation with your organization, will develop marketing materials for your organization’s Trust Service Program that clearly defines the opportunity that your organization’s representatives can experience by participating in your “Trust Representative Office” Program

Your organization, with assistance from FiPar, will actively market the Your organization’s Trust Service Program” to your customers. FiPar will never go around your organization – rather we want to assist you in expanding your market.

Your Organization’s “Branded” Trust Representative Office
FiPar, in cooperation with your organization, will develop marketing materials for your Trust Representative Office that will promote the trust services available to the your customers. FiPar will train the your organization’s personnel on how to access account information on the trust accounting system and “relationship training” on how to effectively identify trust prospects and successfully market trust services.

FiPar develops and supports your organization’s private label trust program Training (for your organization’s personnel Training conducted at your organization’s corporate headquarters Marketing materials (branded with your organization’s logo) National Advisors Trust Company provides fiduciary trust services to the Trust Representative Offices’ trust account beneficiaries Account record keeping and “branded” statements Fiduciary trust administration

Your Organization: Actively markets your new private label trust program to your organization’s representatives. Your representatives actively market your “branded” Trust Representative Office to their customers.

Your Organization’s Personnel: Responsible for: Forwarding trust agreement and most recent account statement for National Advisors Trust to accept the trust relationship Upon Acceptance: Completing information on “Account Profile” form and sending it (or delivery via electronic format) to FiPar’s Help Desk.

Your Organization’s Personnel: Responsible for: Completing “Account Investment Questionnaire” and “Account Investment Objective Statement” with trust beneficiary Responsible for “primary” account “focal point” relationship with trust account beneficiary Forward all beneficiary requests for principal distribution approval to FiPar’s Help Desk.
