Objective: Graph linear inequalities

Linear Inequality: A relation whose boundary is a straight line. It’s not a function because of the shading. < , > → dashed lines < , > → solid lines 1.) Graph the inequality as if it is an equation, then make line dashed or solid. 2.) Test a point in the inequality to see if you get a true or false statement. 3.) Shade whatever side gives a true statement.
