To Print: Syllabus Seminar Task Checklist Credit Check Form Grade/Planner/Attendance Check TEACHER SLIDE This week students and teachers will build Seminar binders in O365 using the checklist provided. Students are encouraged to get any materials from their former Seminar teachers over the course of the week, but not during seminar class. During non-lesson days teachers need to have mini-conferences with students to review their credit check and State Testing progress. You can print these out if you want to write on it. You could also take screen shots and add them to the student’s O365 Seminar Binder. The idea is to talk about them with the students for the stuednts to complete the check themselves. You can access their credits since freshman year through the “RC/PR/TRN” tab when you click on each student in TAC and use the drop down menu.

Credit Audit – Due Thurs 9/14
A 0.5 credit is earned each semester in each class by achieving a final grade of “D” or higher. A student can earn up to 7 credits per year without a 7th hour or other outside classes.. Some classes are required and diplomas may not be given unless completed. Do you know what those classes are? Additionally, BIO/Algebra EOC’s and the SBA’s must be passed! Credits can be recovered through summer school, Edgenuity and other options. This week, sit down with your seminar teacher for a short conference to review where you stand and to put into perspective how you need to approach this year. Target: I can check the credits I’ve earned in my high school career so far in order to inform class choices and schedule adjustments.
