Activity 2 Learning intention To create a storyboard. Success criteria
I can break down the story into different scenes and moments. I can plan what is going to happen in each scene. I understand when different types of camera shot can be used such as close up, mid shot and long shot. I can plan and draw a storyboard for a scene using pictures and notes.

Activity 2 Group Task Each home team will focus on one scene from our film. Your task is to create a storyboard for this scene using the storyboard template. You need to consider the following: What viewers will see The type of shot (close up, mid shot and long shot) What the actors or performers will be doing (simple stage directions) Sound effect/music ideas. Duration - the estimated length of each scene

Activity 2 Group Task Remember to use the following features to help you create an effective storyboard. Simple pictures Dialogue Camera shots Stage direction Chronological order You will present your completed storyboard to the rest of the class at the end of the lesson.

Be prepared to share your team’s thoughts with the class.
