Registered Apprenticeship training programs
Programs are traditionally time-based, but have become increasingly competency based.
Programs are industry/employer demand driven and voluntary, with benefits including standardized and recognized training, portability of worker skills, and increased productivity.
There are already a variety of programs in the TDL industries, with major employers such as UPS, Werner Enterprises, and Schneider National.
