4. The prototyping started in 2011 in ISS for the electronics…

6. In 2012 the job moved to CPPM,

7. … while pressure tests were completed in Catania.

8. Various problems were identified and solved:
High currents at power on
Noisy output
Low signal amplitude (electronics sent back to ISS and fine tuned in summer 2012) …
And other details, “not to be mentioned”

9. Today status:
Tests and calibrations in the dark room, using the “flower pots” OK!

10. Today status:
The miniDOM integration completed (the mechanics design changed in order to ease the connections)

11. Today status:
The miniDOM (as the DOM) integrated on IL12F1, minimizing the LCM shadow.

12. Next steps:
IL12 deployment and connection (starting February?)
miniDM software installed at IMP
Definition of the procedures (to be included in the ANTARES shfter’s manual)
Decision on the miniDOM use: find a PhD student or a postdoc? Voluntaries from us?
