The programme of side-events matches up with this important Exhibition. The Cheese of the Year: The most tasty world championship! The Cheese of the Year, celebrating its fifth edition within “Il Bontà”, is an important showcase of the world’s best cheeses, a challenge to the last taste. In the last two championships the Cheese of the Year presented Spanish, Austrian, French, Mexican, Swiss, Slovak, Croatian, Greek and Israeli cheeses and it hosted 16 Italian regions and 9 foreign countries presenting more than 100 types of cheese. Which will be the best cheese of 2010?
