The Schroeder (Parker Flex-It Directional Stylet) oral/nasal directional stylet. Elevation of the tip of the ETT can be achieved by wrapping the index and middle fingers around the proximal tracheal tube and using the thumb to depress the proximal end of the stylet (arrow).
