2. Forecast area Click ‘new opportunity’ to add new opportunity
Click ‘Hide menu’ to hide or show the left menu
You can edit each opportunity by clicking on ‘...’ in each opportunity line
Clicking on ‘Clients’ on the left menu will lead you to an interface for entering a new client, and creating a new client site

3. Filtering and Sorting
Clicking on column headers displays an interface for sorting and filtering based on multiple criteria. You can choose multiple column filters
‘Totals’ area will update automatically based on selected filters
Filter and sorting configuration can be reused by clicking on ‘save this view’. Views can be public or private, and can be accessible through the view under the new opportunity button

4. Opportunity and Client Sites
You can create a unique new web site for each opportunity by changing its status to either Qualified, Gaining Agreement, or Won
Clicking on Client name will take you to an interface where you can click and go to client site

5. Client Site
New client can be entered from client section of left menu in Forecast area. When creating client, choose to create client site
Customer contacts, Shipping Information, and Bill To information should be filled and edited in client site only. This information will be synchronized will all future Deal Summaries for this client
In the opportunities section of the client site, you can see and search for all opportunities associated with this client. Clicking on the opportunity name will take you to the opportunity page
Inventory area is automatically synchronized with all deal summaries associated with the client

6. Opportunity Site
Description is automatically carried over from original opportunity creation form
Opportunity Attributes are synchronized with forecast area. To edit, click on the opportunity Id
GHS Advantage and GHS Insight are synchronized with forecast area. To edit, enter a new value, or enter number of hours, and rate for automatic calculation of GHS Advantage
To save any values entered in the page, click the save button

7. Documents in opportunity site
Clicking on Documents on left menu of opportunity site will take you to document area of the specific opportunity
Upload documents by clicking on ‘upload’. You will have an opportunity to choose attributes such and ‘Document type’ ‘Status’ for your new document. Uploaded documents will be associated with this opportunity only
To edit the properties of a document after it has been uploaded, select the document, and choose Edit document in Banner
You can sort, filter and modify your view, by clicking on column headers, just like in the Forecast area
