At Plethora, Vinay is responsible for funds management for global investors, with focus on listed equity space in Indian Equity Market. He was Co-founder of a boutique Investment Banking firm Victory.Inc ( wherein in addition to Private Equity and Debt Syndication he was consultant to FinTech ventures of the Group and International Wealth Products vertical. He has over 18 years of professional experience
Academically he holds B.E., M.Tech, CFA (ICFAI) and CIIA (ACIIA, Germany). He is an alumni of IIM Calcutta and Certified Financial Planner.
Aditya Jhaveri, Senior Analyst
Aditya is a Senior Analyst at Plethora Advisory. He conducts analyses of prospective portfolio companies, assists in deal-making while helping to scout for prospective investment opportunities. He has over 5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity and financial due diligence. He has worked as an associate at Deloitte in their New York City office, USA. Prior to joining Plethora, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Victory.Inc Aditya has a BS in Finance & Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also a CFA level 3 candidate.
Subhash Balasubramanian, Analyst
Subhash is responsible for meeting clients and evaluate requirement of Funding. He has 5 years of Experience in In-vestment Banking India. Mostly in Private Equity /Debt Syndication. Prior to joining Plethora, He has worked with Edelweiss Financial Advisory, Helios Capital Advisors, De wise advise Pvt ltd and J.R. Laddha financial service Pvt Ltd. He has worked across Real Estate, Infrastructure, Diamond, FMCG and Chemical Industry in India 
He holds Post graduate MSc. in International Securities, Investment and Banking (International Capital Market Association ) University of Reading, United Kingdom.
