Today we’ll talk about what reports are available per plan; how to access reports; how reports can solve some of your credentialing questions and make your job easier. Hospital Sign-In Log Uploaded Documents by Representative Missing Documents by Health System Missing Policies by Representative Representative Participation Report Credit Usage Report (If Applicable) Policies Library and Health System Reports Content: Discussion of which reports correspond to which plan. MCM includes all reports that are a part of Access, plus the Compliance Reports and Sign in Log Access Plans

7 PARTICIPATION REPORTS
Rep Profiles by Customer Account Keep territory assignments current Representative Particpation- this details all representatives registered under your tax ID and the facilities with which they have registered, as well as the registration date. Available to all corporate plan administrators, useful for telling which faciliteis your reps have registered with to manage territory assignments as well as keep rep list current. Hospital sign in log- Details all health system visits by reps- Where the visited, when they visited (sign in and sign out), who they visited at the facility and the purpose of this visit, and what happened when they tried to print a badge on site- Printed, rejected, or printed with a warning. Available with MCM + Rep Visits by Customer Verify rep activity

Missing Documents by Health System All available with MCM+ Uploaded docs is all documents your representatives have uploaded and the effective date as well as expiration date if applicable. Great for monitoring expiration dates of documents such as TB test Missing docs by HS report- ALL documents a rep is missing as well as the health systems to which these documents apply Missing Policies by rep- similary missing docs by HS- show all policies that remain unacknowledged and the ehalth systems to which these documents apply and the policy name.
