Tourism is the fastest growing economy in Nepal for access to the Himalayas.
Quick tourism has damaged the environment due to a lack of infrastructure and westernized the culture to varying degrees.
To avoid damage and westernization, Bhutan regulates tourism with a $250 daily head tax.
