The Online SSG Tools are helping recruit members New tools work on multiple devices 65% of new members using tools are retained after first year Goal is to increase that retention to 75% New members who use the tools are more likely to renew We recognize that the SSG tools are helping to recruit members Just look around you, we see people today using their phones, note pads and laptops. The online tools works on all of these devices and can go where members are going. We see members using these devices for research at club meetings. We know that 65% of members are retained after the 1st year Our goal is to increase that retention to 75%. That is by helping mentor new members who use the tools. If they become confident in using the tools, they are likely to retain their membership
