2. Insert – Movies and Sounds – Movie from file
Once inserted, you can click and drag to resize the video. It will show on screen however large you make it.

3. View – Toolbars – Control Toolbox – More Controls – Windows Media Player (right click Properties – custom – browse for file)
This option gives you the most control – you can show full screen and stop/start/rewind/fast forward
