2. Brief on event
We have organised the Focus Group Discussion to our Steelium & Astrum customers on 28/09/2013 evening at Hotel The Fern Residency followed by cocktail & dinner. Customer from selected segments were invited to the forum. 12 customers attended the event. The session was started with highlights of events by Mr. Harshender Garg – Sr. Sales Manager followed by presentation on TATA Astrum & TATA Steelium by Mr. Vivek Vardhan – PAG Manager Ludhiana. The presentation covered all topics like slab casting, Hot Rolling & Cold Rolling process, TDC & TPRs etc. Customers actively participated by raising their questions on various processes. The same were addressed by PAG Manager, Sr. Sales Manager & distributor to the full satisfaction of customers.
The highlights were as under :

Presentation on process of steel, various stages and exercises carried out by TATA Steel to provided best suited material to customers as per their application.
