Turkish food:anchovy with rice

Materials: 2 cups of rice, 2 onions, Dill, parsley, fresh onion, 1 tea glass of currant, 2 table spoons of butter, some spice, cinnamon, black pepper, salt, 1.5 pounds of anchovies.

The anchovy is washed and the bones are removed
The anchovy is washed and the bones are removed. The washed anchovy is laid on the pile. Put the rice in a pot and roast with butter.

Put the grapes and onion on top of the rice
Put the grapes and onion on top of the rice. Pour 2 glasses of water on top and close the lid. Parsley and dill are sliced and mixed with rice.

Rice is poured onto the anchovies
Rice is poured onto the anchovies. The remaining anchovies are lined up on rice. Rice cooked at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
