Greetings from Kindergarten and First Grade!

June 5th- 9th
What We Will Be Working On:
Reader’s Workshop: Kindergarten and first grade students will be working on bossy r vowels.
Writer’s Workshop: Kindergarten and first grade students will be writing a memory book of our year together.
Literacy Groups: We will practice our nonsense words, use iReady, complete an independent activity and practice our spelling words.
Math: Kindergarten students will be composing and decomposing teen numbers. First grade students will be learning about money.
Character: We will be working on the R in BRICK for responsibility.
Important Dates:
June 16th: 8th Grade Graduation
June 19th: Last day of school – 12:00 dismissal
NO AFTERCARE
Last day of school!
Our last day of school is June 19th. It is a 12:00 dismissal with NO AFTERCARE. We will be handing out report cards the Friday before, the 16th. Thank you for all your support this year!! 
