BannerFlow was hosting its platform in an on-premises datacenter on virtual machines. Because of the growth pace of the company, it needed a much more scalable and flexible way of managing technology and it didn’t want to spend time on technical operations tasks. BannerFlow was looking for a cloud provider and powerful PaaS capabilities with scalable flexibility to handle its growing business and technical demands.

SOLUTION
BannerFlow utilizes a range of PaaS and IaaS services in Microsoft Azure and they play vital parts in the SaaS platform BannerFlow delivers to customers. The front end of the platform is mainly built on Azure Web Apps. The back end and analytics services runs on Azure Storage and Blob Storage, Stream Analytics, EventHubs, Reddis Cache and WebJobs. BannerFlow’s platform runs in two Azure datacenters with the Traffic Manager in front to distribute incoming traffic. In the highly unlikely scenario of a data center failure Azure routes traffic to another datacenter.
