Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETDs)

ETD Update ETDs are currently being accepted from students, but they are not yet required. The 2011/12 academic year will have both electronic and print submissions. Fees are lower for ETDs ($100 vs. $128 for print). Theses are still being submitted to ProQuest/UMI; will be submitted at end of academic year. Working with Central IT to include administrative forms from the student record in OnBase.

Esther and Geneva attended capstone event in Phoenix to develop an E-Research strategic agenda Collaborating with IT’s research computing and Office of Sponsored Research Rice is a contributing institution to DMPTool for defining data management plans for grants ( Hosting a brown-bag series of talks on e-science; next ones are 7 March, 4 April and 25 April
