Try and get to the point where any student can recite any of the three laws

Then ask the question……
‘Are you a true believer?’
‘Do you believe that these laws apply to all objects?’
‘Do Newton’s laws apply to bicycles?’

3. Imagine the bike is supported at the saddle so it won’t topple
If you push this peddle in the direction shown, which way will the bike move?

4. According to Newton’s 2nd Law
The rate of change of Momentum of a bicycle is proportional to the applied force and in the same direction
