Parents/Guardians received login information in April via .
Students can access via My Katy Cloud.
USE CHROME!!
Login to MyKatyCloud. If you don’t have the
Naviance tile, search for Naviance, then click on the
Naviance tile and log-in using Katy ISD log-in and password.

MUST be completed PRIOR to asking a counselor or teacher for a recommendation letter
Provides information about the student that is useful for the counselor/teacher to write a thoughtful, informed letter
Parent portion must also be completed
Counselors view/print completed profile

15. Requesting Letters of Recommendation
Not activated until August, 2017.
Allows students to request a teacher and/or counselor to write rec. letter for 1 or more colleges on “Colleges I’m Applying To” list. Remember, student profile MUST be completed!
Also, Counselors require 15 working days notice to complete a recommendation letter.

Personal copy – NOT official, can be used in filling out college applications, as it lists every high school course you have taken
OFFICIAL copy – has to be mailed or electronically sent from CRHS
Both of these are requested through the registrar’s office
Updated 6-semester transcripts for rising seniors are available starting June 20, Updates with summer school grades are not available until late August.
Common App allows transcripts to be sent electronically by counselor
