Replacement of PVP by Hyaluronan in ICSI
PVP is a fully undegradable organic compound which may have hazardous effect (Barak et al 2001) Hyaluronan (Hyaluronic acid) is a natural compound surrounding the oocyte at the time of fertilisation. It binds only to mature spermatozoa (Kovacs et al.2004) and so, allows to select the mature ones. A comparative study has been performed in 2003 Transfer on D3 after culture in ISM1 medium
