Organ: Kidney Lesion:Gross picture of kidney suffering from cloudy swelling showing pale color, round border and enlarged Diagnosis:cloudy swelling
2
Organ:Kidney Lesion:The renal epithelium are swelling with granular cytoplasm leading to narrowing of tubular lumen, star shape or completely obliterated. H&E Dignosis: kidney showing microscopic picture of cloudy swelling.
3
Organ:Liver Lesion: swollen hepatocytes which contain granular cytoplasm. The hepatic sinusoids are obliterated. Diagnosis: liver hydropic degeneration
4
Organ:Liver Lesion:There is pale eosinophilic homogenous substances under the endothelial lining of hepatic sinusoids. The hepatocytes compressed and showed pressure atrophy. Moreover, the hepatic cords are disorganized. H&E Diagnosis: microscopic picture of amyloidosis
5
Organ: Kidney. Lesion: pale eosinophilic homogenous material under the endothelial lining of glomeruli. Moreover, the glomerular tufts are compressed. Diagnosis:Amyliod infiltration.
6
Organ:Skeletal muscle
Lesion: The muscle fibers become homogenous more eosinophilic structure less. The nucleus not affected. Diagnosis: hyaline degeneration
7
Organ: Mammary gland. Lesion:Corpora amylecea in the acini of mammary gland which appears as round, homogenous, or concentrically laminated pink bodies. Diagnosis: hyaline degeneration
8
Organ:Liver Lesion: large clear vacuoles in the cytoplasm of hepatic cells (Signet ring appearance). Diagnosis: liver fatty changes
9
Organ:Liver Lesion: showing microscopic picture of fatty change. The fat stained red with Oil red O. Diagnosis: liver fatty change
10
Liver showing microscopic picture of fatty change
Liver showing microscopic picture of fatty change. Sudan black stained fat black.
11
Organ:Aortic valve. Diagnosis: Gross, focal calcification
12
Organ: Lymph node of sheep
Lesion: showing dystrophic calcification in area of caseous necrosis the calcium stained blue with H&E. Diagnosis:dystrophic calcification.
13
Organ:Kidney. Lesion: There are urates and uric acid in the renal tubules and ureters, which show necrosis and degenerative changes in its epithelium besides, inflammatory reaction and fibrosis of the interstitial tissue. Diagnosis:Vesseral gout.
14
Organ:Joint Lesion:showing microscopic picture of articular represented by the presence of sharp acicular crystals. Diagnosis:Articular gout.
