Background Info Crane capacity: double hooks, 30T and 5T
Hook heights: 303 IN., 30t; 324 IN. APPROX, 5T “dewar 3” = 6.1 m deep, sits 0.9 m above floor, is 710 mm inner diameter Plan assumes 4785 mm overall cold mass length

Overall System Configuration
“ILC Service Cryostat” = self-contained heat exchanger, connected to LHe supply, LN2 supply, Nash Pump, etc. Transfer Line connects the two Vertical Dewar = 24KA vapor cooled leads, 1.9K, 1 atm vessel, 4.5K LHe “thermal shield”, insulating vacuum, instrumentation, etc.

G-10 hanging support G-10 – SST Lambda plate Top of lambda plate to bottom of dewar top hat = 40 in. (min. LHe distance ~ 28 in.) Bolted – metal seal 1.9K-4K relief 1.9K supply 300K Inner / outer Insulating vacuum 4K liquid - gas 300K 1.9K vacuum 4.5K vacuum 4K heat shield (existing dewar) vacuum Bottom detail 4.5K vacuum

Service Cryostat Details
5 Weka cryo valves: 4.5K reservoir supply reservoir to low pressure 1.9K reservoir to 1 atm. 1.9K reservoir to 4.5K thermal shield 80K thermal shield supply ILC power leads (not used) 1.9K exhaust (Nash vacuum) 1 atm. 1.9K supply to dewar helium pre-cool heat exchanger (from 1.9K exhaust) 1.9K exhaust 1.9K heat exchanger vacuum 4.5K reservoir 4.5K
