a. Have you ever done something you knew was wrong, to please your family?
b. Sometimes the cross we must carry is losing the approval of our family to have God’s approval— are you willing?
3. life Lk. 14:26 (Jn. 12:25)
a. What are you willing to do to enjoy life and accomplish your personal goals in this world (marry, have that job-house, give your children---)?
b. Jesus was willing to let His life in this world (and the associated joys and opportunities) end, so that His Father would be pleased.
