The given function allows to make measurement of rotor frequency with the help of tachometric sensor or stroboscope Using buttons▲▼ choose the device for number of turns definition (tachometric sensor or stroboscope) The results are rendered in Hz and in RPM Results of measurement

Section «BALANCING» Choose parameters necessary for balancing using buttons ▲▼ and ►◄, accordingly Here you can choose: number of planes (from 1 till 4); number of measurement points (from 1 till 16); method of balancing(standard or angularly); number of angles (from 3 till 360) (the given parameter is available at choice of balancing method angularly); type of angle calculation (against rotation or on rotation); action with trial weight (to leave or not to leave); action with correctional weight (add or remove). If method of balancing angularly was chosen one should set number of angles (beginning with 3 till 360). Number of angles at choice of method of balancing «angularly» corresponds to number of possible places for installation of correctional weights. The angle of weight installation is defined by means of division 360 on number of angles. Press load button. The device will pass to function «PHASEMETER», as for balancing calculation it is necessary to measure not only the value of vibration, but also phases.

1 2 3 Press load button. Window «INITIAL MEASUREMENT» will open, in which points and channels of measurement are mentioned. Adjust the channel of measurement for each point. Press load button. The device will pass to window «MEASUREMENT». In it you will see value of level and phase of vibration, and also RPM. According to received results the operator takes a decision on necessity of balancing work holding , pressing load button and confirming message «To perform balancing?» 4 5 6 Window «TRIAL WEIGHT» is for calculation of mass of trial weigh. Enter value of turnover (rpm) and mass of rotor (mp) and also installation radius of trial (R), the device will calculate mass of trial weight (mпр) in grams. Press load button. Window «TRIAL MEASUREMENT» will open, in which it will be shown quantity of points and measurement channels. 6.1 Window «CALCULATION» at standard method of balancing. 6.2 Window «CALCULATION»at balancing angularly
