Attendance It’s the LAW! Math Department
Failure to attend school on a regular basis may result in loss of credit and court action. Math Department Lose two points on your homework average for every class you are absent from.

Schedule/Classes Eighth grade classes are 66 minutes in length.
High school classes are 84 minutes in length. You have three classes from Aug-Jan and then you have three different classes from Jan-June. Additionally, you have two classes that meet every other day, but they meet all year.

Schedule/Classes A and D blocks rotate.
There are two B block classes and they alternate daily. C block class does not change.

Grade Point Average Each letter grade has a numerical value assigned to it from 0 to 4.3 (Honors and Advanced Placement Classes are weighted from 0 to 5.4). Honor Roll/High Honors Class Rank College Acceptance Scholarships Sports

Lunches There are two different lunches.
Lunches are either at the start of your C- block class (third period) or at the end of your C-block class. Lunches are mixed with students from grades

In the Morning Must be in homeroom by 8:00 a.m.
Students enter through the main entrance. Must be in homeroom by 8:00 a.m.
