2 Present Transfer Credit Approval Status
Admissions uploads Transcripts to the respective student digital folders in Nolij bin Registrar reviews and evaluates the transcript for possible transfer credits Registrar enters approved transfer credits on an Excel sheet Save the evaluated Excel sheet Save the evaluated Excel Sheet as PDF Attach the saved evaluated PDF document to the and send it to the staff to enter the approved transfer credits to the respective student records in Banner system. The PDF attachment will be saved to the respective student’s records in Nolij

3 Disadvantages Time consuming and repetitive work on saving and attaching files Evaluated transfer credits data is not being used to create articulation tables Not possible to develop a repository of approved courses from the respective colleges.

4 Digital Transfer Credit Evaluation Form
Designing Google Transfer Credit Approval Form Using Google add on programs autoCrat: workflow process ends with autoCrat via different templates with data filled from the form fields/spreadsheet, sends with attachment, and also saves (with custom name formats) the attached file in a folder. formMule: to create different templates to emals to different parties with mail merge Creating a data collection spread sheet which saves data collected by the approval form Digital approval is sent when the form is submitted or other options Approval is sent as a .pdf attachment to the transfer credit process address automatically. The attached .pdf is saved automatically to an assigned folder (access permissions are given to the selected staff members)

5 Advantages From the Collected Data we can
Avoiding repetitive processes Saving lot of time The approval form data is centrally located and accessible to a selected group (with access permissions) Develop a data repository of approved transfer courses from a pool of colleges Develop a list of courses from Colleges we accept/approve transfer credits to FIT for the future student needs Possible to develop articulation tables from the data repository
