9 NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE
Chapter 1: Free movement of Goods NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE Ministry responsible for preparation of TR inform enquiry point of draft technical regulation on the form „Notification on start of preparation of technical regulation” Enquiry point is providing the draft of technical regulation to the EC Enquiry point inform responsible Ministry about deadline for adoption of TR M O N T E N E G R O Negotiating Team for the Accession of Montenegro to the European Union Chapter 1: Free Movement of Goods Chapter 6: Company law

10 Decree defines standstill period for adoption of TR:
Chapter 1: Free movement of Goods Decree defines standstill period for adoption of TR: 3 months from the date the EC received a notification (During this period, Member States and the EC could give comments on the regulations)   6 months if the proposed regulations create obstacle to trade/violate the principle of free movement of goods, 12 months (maximum of 18 months) in the case that the EC intends to harmonised subject area.
