Financial Incentive Model
MOJ pay back 50% of savings for 5% reduction in adult demand 10% reduction in youth demand MOJ pay back all savings from this threshold up to a 20% reduction Demand monitored from 1/7/11 to 30/6/12 and 1/7/12 to 30/6/13 Savings must be used to reduce reoffending
