The Bistro Eatery Implementation Plan
Implementation Timetable The Bistro will plan to open December 31, There will be announcement on the opening day in the E-News letter for the Children’s Hospital of Michigan and a small ribbon cutting ceremony. The most critical steps will be to have all the appliances in good working order as promised by lease agent prior to opening day. Fully staffed for opening day I will be responsible for each and every stage of implementation.

Evaluation The main objectives for the Bistro will be to serve all my customers with healthy meals that will be a convenient to pick up on the go or dine in, and be competitively priced to fit all budgets. I will run different reports on a regular basis to get a feel of how the business is doing with special software to monitor the progress. I will have daily huddle meetings with my team of employees to give inspiration, recognition, thoughts/ideas. If objectives aren’t met, I will have to re-focus on what needs to be done differently for a different outcome.
