10 Membership 1) Elder/Caregiver/Family Member (End User-EU) fills Application Form 2) EU pays Registration Fee, Fully Refundable Deposit for services to be availed and an Annual Membership fee from 2nd Year onwards 3) Admin/RM would have the money collected from EUs deposited into a Bank Account and Balance monitored. 4) EUs need to send slips/message or phone call during working hours to a central No – mentioning the Need 5) Membership can be discontinued by Management or EU with a month’s notice. 6) Vishram could increase the range of services based on the need. 11 ACTION BY RELATIONSHIP MANAGERs (RMs)
RM at home receives a request from Elder/ Caregiver (End User –EU) during working hours. RM understands the need of the EU Sees the profile of the EU and decides on the appropriate Service Provider (SP) Informs the EU of the costs involved. Informs the SP to have the service executed Checks with the EU on completion Makes payment to the SP on behalf of EU. Gives a rating of the Member & Service Provider Wednesday, July 04, 2018

12 Vishram would help the Elderly/Care Giver
through RMs working from home using preloaded Smartphones to arrange and monitor : a) Lab / Blood Tests at home b) Home Visit by Dr./Trained Nurse/Physiotherapist c) Video chat with Dr. d) Monthly Grocery e) Electrician / Plumber / f) /Arrange Food g) Multiple services etc. Wednesday, July 04, 2018

13 COVERAGE The coverage of each unit would be within a radius of 3 to 5 kms . Networking between units would help in the optimum utilization of resources. Wednesday, July 04, 2018

14 STAGES OF IMPLEMENTATION
Initial trials would be at Jal Vayu Vihar, Kammanahalli, Bangalore, India and surroundings linking multiple members (EUs) to multiple RMs who could connect with any of the multiple Service Providers (SPs) of the area. More units would be started in stages at other locations. Wednesday, July 04, 2018

15 NETWORK OF UNITS Each unit would be restricted to about 300 members and assisted by any one of the 10 RMs to ensure quality services at reasonable costs Unit 1 Unit 2 Unit 3 Unit 4 Unit 5 Unit 6

16 Payments Payments for services are made by RMs through existing payment Gateways linked to the individual accounts of End Users (EUs) and managed by the App. The balances in each EUs account is monitored and top ups made. 19 INTRODUCTORY TRIAL OFFER
An introductory trial offer would be available for the user and service provider.

20 MEMBERSHIP Membership is open to any individual / care giver / sponsor. Group Discount rates for Elders would be attempted. Could be terminated by the member or the management with 30 days notice. Wednesday, July 04, 2018
