New Info Type New Info Type 9203 created in SAP on position number Allows Business Officer to edit the position cost center for charges applied from the converged fee. Three Auto Edits are active in the 9203 Info Type i. Will not allow Sponsored Grants 304xxxxxxx ii. Will not allow cost centers beginning with 10128xxxxx iii. Requires percentages to equal 100%

Additional changes to current allocation methodology A full pull from SAP will be distributed March 30 to the Area Fiscal Officers for distribution and review by the departmental Business Officers for Position Cost Center edits if necessary. The edited file will be downloaded into SAP and will become the official record for Converged fee position cost centers. Position cost centers will then be self serviced through the 9203 Info Type

Additional changes to current allocation methodology In April accounting month allocations will be processed for each month January, February, March and April Allocations will occur monthly going forward from April.
